Spring Into Action!

Spring Into Action!

Did you know April is National and Global Volunteer Month? If you’re looking for more ways to connect with others and help those less fortunate, there’s never been a better time to volunteer.

Giving is at Our Core

At DVTD, we believe society’s greatest challenges are overcome with prayer, giving hearts, and an entrepreneurial spirit. DVTD was founded to make a greater impact across the globe. This is why every product, every purchase, and every person contributes to the giving.

As you know we are constantly expanding the causes we support. Every month, we add new social impact brands that give back to various causes as part of their business model. In addition, we donate a portion of sales and enrollment fees to our  Cause of the Month. For the month of April, we’re excited to partner with The Miracle League

The Miracle League

The Miracle League knows they cannot change or cure the medical issues life has dealt children with disabilities. BUT what they can do is provide them with an opportunity to experience the joy and benefits that come from playing our National pastime—baseball.

The Miracle League’s mission is to provide opportunities for children with disabilities to play Miracle League baseball, regardless of their abilities; promote community support and sponsorship of Miracle Leagues, and promote the construction of special facilities that meet the unique needs of Miracle League players and their families. Our Brand Partners Also Give Back

In addition to our Cause of the Month, all of our brand partners give back to special causes.

Calyan Wax Co. crafts incredible candles with 100% soy wax for a clean, safe, and even burn that fills your room with your favorite fragrance. They are on a mission to help end human trafficking in America and donate 5% of their revenue to the nonprofit, Traffick911.

Elegantees creates sustainable and ethically sourced fashion in partnership with nonprofit organizations that fight sex trafficking by creating meaningful employment for women in high-risk areas of the world.

Double Edge Notes creates high-quality, beautiful journals to read, record, reflect and remember. For every journal purchased, they print and distribute a Bible to a country closed to the Gospel.

FAZL offers handmade socks from the Himalayas. They provide support to orphanages in India that care for vulnerable children and offer fair wages to artisans in need.

Gobena Coffee makes premium artisanal coffee that is sustainable and ethically sourced. All profits are donated to Lifesong for Orphans, a nonprofit that cares for orphans and vulnerable children.

Jenessa Wait creates custom, hand-lettered home decor, apparel, and accessories. A portion of their proceeds is given to missionaries around the globe to help take the Gospel to the ends of the earth!

Kind Lips creates natural and organic lip balm that leaves your lips nourished and protected. They donate 20% of every product purchased to anti-bullying organizations.

MISSIO makes stylist-designed and salon-tested hair products that support initiatives to educate salons in victim identification, serve women who are at-risk or in recovery from exploitation, and give to nonprofit partners fighting human trafficking worldwide.

Nunbelievable makes delicious, premium-baked non-GMO cookies. For every cookie purchased, Nunbelievable donates a meal to someone in need.

SOiL makes certified organic essential oils from ethical, sustainable sources and supports the communities surrounding their farms in South Africa and Mauritius by providing sustainable jobs. As a Fair Trade company, they also provide healthy working conditions for their local community and minimize environmental impact in all of their operations.

Starfish Project makes hypoallergenic, nickel-, lead- and cadmium-free high-quality jewelry with processes that are better for the environment. They are a social enterprise with a holistic care program that cares for women escaping human trafficking and exploitation in Asia.

How Your Shopping Keeps Giving

Let’s say you purchase the following items on

  1. Elegantees TARA Dotted Swiss Skirt ($56)
  2. Jenessa Wait This Family Is Set Apart Print ($48)

We hope you’ll join us in our efforts to give back this month.
