Returns & Exchanges

If you’re ever not satisfied with a product, or need to swap it out for something else, we’re here to help. Simply fill out the form below and we’ll help you as quickly as we can. Once you complete the form, you will be sent further instructions on how to return your items and complete your request.

Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.*

Here’s how the process works for each scenario listed above:

Return for a Refund: The Customer/Promoter must ship the item(s) back to the DVTD Home Office at their cost. Once received and approved, DVTD will issue the appropriate refund amount, as well as a $10 discount code to help offset the cost incurred by the Customer/Promoter for the return. If the item(s) returned account for all items on the original order placed, and shipping was charged on that original order, then any shipping costs will also be refunded in addition.

Return for DVTD Credits: The Customer/Promoter must ship the item(s) back to the DVTD Home Office at their cost. Once received and approved, DVTD will apply a discount to the Customer’s/Promoter’s account in the proper amount, as well as a free shipping credit to help offset the cost incurred by the Customer/Promoter for the return. If the item(s) returned account for all items on the original order placed, and shipping was charged on that original order, then an additional $10 credit will be added to the Customer’s/Promoter’s account.

Exchange for a Different Product/Size: The Customer/Promoter must ship the item(s) back to the DVTD Home Office at their cost. Once received and approved, DVTD will a) ship out the new item, as requested, and b) issue a discount code in the amount of $10 product credit to the Customer’s/Promoter’s account to help cover the cost of the shipment of the item.

Exchange for a Damaged Item: If an item has been damaged, in many cases you will not have to return the item to receive a new item. We do ask that you send a picture of the damage to the Returns Team upon receiving instructions after filling out the form. In other cases, we will request you to return the damage item to the DVTD Home Office

 


 

  • Credits or refunds are generally issued within 3 days of the item’s arrival at the DVTD returns centers. The address for this location will be provided in response to your return/exchange request.
  • DVTD reserves the right to refuse refund or exchange requests from any Customer, particularly if an ongoing history of returns is established over time by an individual.

 

*IMPORTANT: Items returned or exchanged must be in “resellable condition” to be accepted. Examples of unacceptable conditions include clothing with stains or tears, food items that have been opened and consumed, items that are bent or broken, etc. Clothing items should still include their tags, and other items should generally still be in original packaging and sealed, if possible.
